The members of Victory Evangelical Church in Reedsville, WV would like to announce and welcome their new senior pastor, Phillip Dulin. Phillip and his wife Christine know and love Preston County and are genuine, caring servants of the Lord.

Phillip Dulin was born in Fairmont WV and grew up in the Halleck Road area of Monongalia County. Phillip married his wife Christine in 2006 and moved to Preston County in Kingwood. Phillip began his ministry career while attending Covenant Evangelical Church in Morgantown WV. He served on the worship team and the Jail ministry team. After moving to Kingwood, Phillip and Christine began attending Cornerstone Community Church. At Cornerstone he served on the worship team and on the building maintenance team. Phillip also served as an elder and adult Sunday School teacher for a season at Cornerstone before the Lord called him to serve as the pastor at Victory EMC. Phillip is a graduate of West Virginia Christian University and currently attends The Haggard School of Ministry.

Victory is located at 128 Fairfax Lane in Reedsville, WV. Worship Services along with children’s church are conducted at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings and adult bible studies are held on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.
